Bachelor’s degree in Sonography is preferred
One (1) year of experience as an Ultrasound Tech preferred
Must be capable of operating state of the art ultrasound equipment, computer systems, film processors and other supportive devices
Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively in a team environment
Must demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, families, visitors, and co-workers

Job requirements

BLS from the AHA required within 90 days of hire
Active Sonography license with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in both Abdomen and OB/GYN within 1 year of hire
