ACLS required for all RNs except L&D.
Ohio Licensure - Primary Source online verification required.
NRP is required for L&D, Post-Partum, Nursery, and Neonatal units.

Job requirements

Must have the following requirements:
Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
1.5 years exp, exp in a level 1 or 2 preferred
Travel experience preferred
Must have recent EPIC experience

Schedule information

Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion.
Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.

Unit specific information

Targeted patient ratios are 1:6
Unit may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs.

Additional Details

I9 required per contract.
Government Issued Photo ID is required.
Everify required per contract.
Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents.
Residency Declaration Form is required if using a Compact Nursing license.
