Job Description

• Position for a MedSurg RN with a focus on general MedSurg nursing.
• Candidates must have a minimum of one year of recent MedSurg experience; previous travel experience is preferred.
• Required to float between units as needed.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Preferred

Required Skills

• General MedSurg nursing skills
• Charge nurse experience

• Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)

Documentation Requirements

• Qualivis Submission Form: Required for all submissions.
• References: Two recent supervisor/manager level references.

Health Documents

• Physical Exam: Must be completed within one year of start and updated annually.

• Flu Vaccination: Required during flu season unless a medical/religious exemption is approved.
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required for clearance, but proof of vaccination or exemption must be collected.

• Minimal to no RTO (Requested Time Off) is allowed; must be included in submission.
• Candidates living within a 50-mile radius may have a reduced bill rate.
