Pros

Staff is very traveler friendly, as there are very few of them. This staff is at least 75 to 80% travelers. Able to pick up extra shifts whenever needed or wanted.

Cons

Some of the management are not great, which was expected. Cerner is their operating system, and I was not a huge fan, but adapted. Be careful of what unit you accept, as none of them are transparent. Ask your recruiter to verify what type of unit it actually is, so that you're not surprised.
