Job details

Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities.
The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9.
Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour.
MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS.
IU Health University and Methodist are teaching facilities and require all travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting.

Job requirements

Traveler must have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application.
Minimum 2 Years Experience and IV Start required.

Schedule information

Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12
Travelers must be able to work 50% of the weekends in their contract.

Unit specific information

Unit Information: GI/Liver Medical patients, ERCP, CAPD, Pre-transplant, Chronic Pancreatitis

Additional Details

Must provide valid Driver’s License or Passport.
Must adhere to certification requirements as specified.
Call-Ins: Specific expectations apply based on FTE.
