Schedule information

Shifts: 0630-1900, 1830-0700
Self-scheduling available
Can accommodate most schedule requests
Every third weekend, potentially every other based on unit need
1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Unit specific information

+/- 2-3 shifts of unit/department specific orientation
Tele/Monitor Techs in recovery after a c-section
Nurses may be required to read their own telemetry strips
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, pain meds

Additional Details

Charge Nurse on both shifts
2 OBTs per shift available
3 residents and 1 supervising MD on the unit at all times
CRNAs on the unit 24/7
Nasal cannula usage
Recovery telemetry post-C-section
EFM System: Obix
Scrubs provided
Attributes for success include teamwork, positive attitude, flexibility, eagerness to learn, open to new challenges, and a great attitude
Radius Rule: 50 miles, cannot be employed (PRN, part time, or full time) with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
RTO needed upfront, no additional RTO after submissions
