Schedule information

They have 8's, 10's, & 12's. Varied start times, primarily day/evening
No self-scheduling for travelers. They will allow block scheduling if it meets the needs of the unit
One weekend day on-call 7a-7p per month
One weeknight on-call 7p-7a

Common types of cases: All surgical cases except Open Heart (a lot of neuro spine, total joints, open fractures)

Additional Details

COVID VACCINE REQUIRED: Fully vaccinated means either 2 shots of Moderna or Pfizer or 1 shot of J&J
Cannot submit to more than 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system
Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility
Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years
Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years
Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply
Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email
We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening
