  • For legal name changes, proof of name change with official seal or certificate is acceptable.
  • Orientation Modules Acknowledgement due for ALL candidates prior to start.
  • Candidates must report all hours worked, including any time taken to complete all training modules required for their positions.
  • IDS Pharmaceutical Training is required for pharmacists working with investigational drugs only within 1st week of start.
  • Badging is completed at the Health Administrative Offices in Rancho Cordova.
