Epic experience required for charting

Job requirements

2yrs experience
BLS required
Experience with accessing ports, central line blood draws, neupogen, hormonal therapy, colostomy care

Schedule information

Will work 2 of 3 holidays per unit requirement

Unit specific information

Details include requirements for Bone Marrow Biopsy, GYN Onc treatments, and oncology/hematology care specifics

Additional Details

No additional RTO will be accepted after offer
I9 verification and Accounting Document submissions are part of the clearance process
