  • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course preferred for ER
  • State License Verification required within 30 days of start
  • Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing for RNs
    Job details
  • Specialty: Registered Nurse

  • CA License must be in hand or pending with ETAs
  • Willing to get flu shot when requested
  • Traveler may be floated to every unit except OR, PACU, and ED
  • Unit Details: 30-37 beds, post-op cardiac surgical care, cardiology, congenital patients, acquired heart disease, heart transplantation, VADs and ECMO
    Job requirements
  • CA License
  • 2+ years of CVPICU/CTICU experience
  • PEDS Cardiac experience - must be cardiac trained
  • Heart transplant experience
  • Willing to float between units
  • BLS, PALS
  • Experience with ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation
    Schedule information
  • 3x12 variable or straight night shifts, 36x48 available
  • 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
  • 13 week contracts
  • Must be available to work 2 out of 3 holidays (cannot end contract before New Year’s)
  • Self-scheduling
  • Patient Ratio: 1:1-2
    Unit specific information
  • PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit included
  • Will not include OR, PACU and ED
    Additional Details
  • Valid photo ID required
  • Traveler must present on their first day
  • Orientation Information sent before start date
