Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Must hold a Washington SLP license and ESA Certification
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (required for RNs and LVNs)
  • ASHA Certification (not required by the client but recommended for SLPs)
  • State License Verification (required)
  • Educational Services - State Teaching Certificate (required for educational roles)
  • Educational Services - Mandatory Reporter Training (required)
  • Background Check (required within 1 year of start and updated annually)
  • WA State Patrol Search (required within 12 months of start)
