Job Description

• Seeking an Occupational Therapist with both in-patient and out-patient experience.
• Workload is approximately 50% in-patient and 50% out-patient.
• Variable schedule will include weekends.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Information

• Overtime & Billing Rules:

  • Billing cycle is weekly.
  • Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by the supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval.
  • Overtime rate for hours worked over 40 hours/week is the regular hourly rate plus $10/hr.
  • Holiday rate is defined as the regular hourly rate plus $10/hr.
  • On-call rate will be defined in the job posting.
  • For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the agency will invoice the all-inclusive rate for the entire shift; no elevated billing for hours 9, 10, 11, & 12.

• Housing Information:

  • Housing can be somewhat difficult to find.
  • Preferred credentialing should be sent in one batch, with updates encouraged but compliance submitted all at once once completed.
  • Housing options in King City:

    1. Keefer’s Inn – Good for 2-4 weeks until an apartment is found.
    2. Greenfield Village Apartments (in nearby Greenfield).

• Billing Process:

  • The agency will invoice the facility directly for temporary staff.
  • Defined workweek begins Monday at 12:01 AM and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 PM.

Requirements

• BLS/BCLS certification is required.
