    Job details
  • The Dual-Modality Technologist delivers high quality CT and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Independently performs CT and X-Ray procedures, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. This role supports outpatient and inpatient settings with a variable schedule.
  • Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent, and documented competencies in Radiology and CT
  • Performs quality CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures as requested by medical staff.
  • Operates with limited supervision, while maintaining high attention to detail, customer needs, and high reliability.
  • Assists medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as necessary and appropriate.
  • Performs ancillary duties as required to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures.
  • Completes documentation, in designated area, of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
  • Retrieves written orders and related health information to ensure the timely performance and reporting of exams and procedures.
  • Learns current and new computer applications and office equipment utilized at Bozeman Health.
    Job requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent, and documented competencies in Radiology and CT
  • Montana Licensure (Radiologic Technologist)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) advanced certification in CT
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous radiology experience
  • Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree in health care related studies
    Schedule information
  • Works varied shifts as scheduled and/or needed.
  • Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
    Additional Details
  • Candidates must live at least 90 miles from facility to be considered for assignment.
  • Do not submit candidates living less than 90 miles from facility.
