The 3-North Unit RN is responsible for:

Assessing patient/family health problems and resources.
Taking a leadership role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care.
Providing technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population, specifically Medical/Surgical patients aged eighteen and above.
Demonstrating an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served.
Actively participating in fulfilling the mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and supporting the hospital’s strategic plan and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
