Schedule information

Shifts Available: 12 hour.
Shift Times: 1830-0700.
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.
RN's work in a Team Model with Nursing Assistants. Smart Square is our staffing tool using 6-week schedule periods.

Unit Challenges: Staffing, Quick turnaround of patients.

RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation.
OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass.
Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
