Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
• Demonstrating proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
• Knowledge of processing of CT systems, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Florida license.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Experience: Relevant experience in the field is preferred.

• AHCA certification is required for all placements in Florida.
