Position/Specialty: EMT

Shift: Days/Evenings (7a-7p and 11a-11p)

Patient visits per day: 90-130

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: Will work up to every other weekend as needed

Is on-call REQ? No.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will be floated to our med/surg or SCU unit as an attendant as needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule? No.

Locals accepted: Yes

Pending License accepted: Yes.

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.

Special Requirements: Work Setting Experience Required: Acute Care, Urgent Care, Trauma Level 3, and Teaching

Work Setting Experience Preferred: Urgent Care, Trauma Level 1, Trauma Level 2, and Children's Hospital

General Skills Experience Required: Vital signs, 12 lead EKG, AED/Defibrillator, Splinting, Wound Care, Crutch Training.

High School or GED required

Associate's or Vocational degree one to two years post-secondary education in a health-related field preferred

BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - required within 30 Days

Licensed Emergency Medical Tech - required if working
