  • NIH Stroke Certification is required for all RN candidates. Not required for allied.
    Job details
  • Auto Offer - Must start after 1/12/25 - BI-WEEKLY ORIENTATIONS
  • Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date (This is for ALL Medsurg nurses, regardless of subspecialty)
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
  • Ratio: 1:7-8 *May use team nursing model with ratios greater than 8*
  • Float required
  • Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Travelers may address any holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite for their assignment by using the RTO form.

  • Candidates working in specific units like Tele, ICU, SICU, MICU, Endoscopy/GI, CCU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, ER, L&D, OR, OBGYN, Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum, Stepdown, PCU, IMC, RRT are required to check Unit Description to determine certifications required.
  • All RN candidates require the NIH Stroke Certification.
  • Unit specific skills checklist within the last year required. Must be updated annually.

Very immature manager of L&D. Talks bad about RNs to other RNs like she’s still part of the staff. Not professional at all. Doesn’t welcome or introduce herself to travelers.
