  • Nursing position available at a designated Medical Care Unit. Facility utilizes Meditech 6.0 EMR system and standard nursing equipment like BiPAP (Stable), Mid/Flow, PD, Heparin Gtts, Phillips Cardiac Monitors.
    Job requirements
  • Willingness to work weekends as assigned.
  • Ability to handle admission/discharge high turnover daily.
  • No history of attendance concerns.
  • Positive outgoing attitude and good understanding of HCAHP importance preferred.
    Schedule information
  • Shift patterns include Day and Night shifts with varying numbers of staff and patient ratios of 6:1. Dress code requires Navy Scrubs and any closed-toe and heel shoe. Every other weekend and major holidays are mandatory with no call requirements.
    Unit specific information
  • 32-bed unit with a staff count of 45.
  • Types of procedures performed are mainly Cardio-pulmonary, non-arrhythmia cardiac monitoring, and stable Covid-19 patients care.
  • Patients per nurse ratio is set at 6:1.
