Job requirements

Must have RN license
ACLS certification required
BLS certification required
RCIS or any procedural/cardiology-centered certification preferred
Vascular IR procedural experience required
Neuro-interventional experience preferred

Schedule information

Four ten-hour shifts per week
Monthly call shift burden: goal < 15

Unit specific information

Number of Labs: 5
Number of Staff: 1-2 RNs + 1-2 Techs per case, depending on complexity
Patient Ratios: 1:4 Ratio in holding, depending on acuity
Type of Equipment: GE Imaging
Documentation System: MacLab and Meditech

Additional Details

High-level communication skills required
Dress Code: Surgical Scrubs provided by the unit
