Job Description

Surgical technologists are responsible for preparing the operating room, including the sterile field, and setting up surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting during surgery by passing instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon.
Managing the sterile field and specimens.
Performing counts of sponges and supplies to prevent foreign retained objects.

Qualifications

Certifications Required:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years with Total Joint Experience
- Experience with Davinci surgical systems

Shift Details

Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours (0630 - 1900)
On Call: Required
