- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters
- Night Shift: 2 Nurses, 1 PCT, 1 Charge Nurse (shared with 4 West patients)
- Patient Ratios:
- Neuro PCU: 1:4
- Med-Surg Areas: 5:1 or 6:1 when floating
Shift Details
- Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Call Requirements: Yes, weekends (every other weekend)
Required Skills
Must Have:
- IV Medication Drips
- ACLS Certification
- NIH Certification (must obtain by start date if not already certified)
- Cardiac Monitoring
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tracheostomy care
