Must have sterile compounding experience
Must have vancomycin/aminoglycoside dosing experience

Preferred skills include trauma experience, burn experience, familiarity with Dose Edge, Pyxis experience, Vigilanz experience

Schedule information

7 on and 7 off. Thursday to Wednesday
Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees
