Additional Details

Qualivis: Proof of I9 or Attestation
Government issued photo ID required to be carried on person during hours of service to client
For UVA: ARC and AHA accepted
Required for all candidates except – Case Managers, Histo Techs, and MLTs
Preferred for SPTs
ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required for Chemo, Oncology, and Infusion RNs
A UVA Education piece and a clinical check off piece will be done after start
The OCN certification OR the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration are not acceptable
Parking permits are issued bi-weekly
