Schedule information
- Qualivis: Proof of I9 or Attestation
- Government issued photo ID required to be carried on person during hours of service to client
- For UVA: ARC and AHA accepted
- Required for all candidates except – Case Managers, Histo Techs, and MLTs
- Preferred for SPTs
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required for Chemo, Oncology, and Infusion RNs
- A UVA Education piece and a clinical check off piece will be done after start
- The OCN certification OR the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration are not acceptable
- Parking permits are issued bi-weekly
