ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required for Cath Lab, CVICU, CVOR, ER, Float Pool, all adult ICU, IMC, Interventional Radiology, L&D, MS, MS/Tele, Mother Baby, OB/GYN, Oncology, PACU, and PCU; not required for Behavioral Health, OR, or Pediatric units)

NIH Stroke Certification (required for adult ICUs, IMC, MS, MS/Tele, Oncology, and PCU if the facility is a stroke center or specializes in stroke care)

State License 1 Verification

A 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension.

Looking for dedicated and professional nurses with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

75% of holidays required to work.

Guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Float clause is EMERGENCY ONLY. Most travelers are assigned to the same unit for the majority of the contract.

First-timers accepted: Yes.

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.

Open to accommodating block schedule: Depends on the days blocked.

Locals accepted: No – no locals within a 50-mile radius.

Pending License accepted: Yes.

RTO Restrictions: Every other holiday.

Special Requirements: Must have flu vaccine, EPIC experience, and at least level 1 trauma experience or level 2 + travel. No previous Atrium employees within the past year.
