Description

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Days

Join our team as a Home Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes. This 13•week contract role requires 40 hours per week and flexibility to cover different territories.

Responsibilities:
• Manage 20•25 home health cases weekly.
• Complete documentation on service day.
• Attend weekly in•person meetings.

Requirements:
• Valid RN License.
• 2 years nursing experience.
• Home Health and OASIS experience.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase.
• BLS certification.
• Live within 30•minute commute of territory.

Time off must be pre•approved and made up later. No on•call requirement. Successful candidates will undergo a 2•3 day orientation. The role covers Ramsey and Washington County in MN, and, if licensed, Wisconsin•St. Croix and Pierce. Uniform is any color scrubs, PPE provision TBD. Parking details provided upon hire.
