Job Responsibilities: Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including Gastric Emptying, HIDA Scans, Muga Scans, Whole Body Scans, Liver Imaging, Brain Imaging, Renal Perfusion, and Cancer Surveys. Operate Philips and Siemens nuclear medicine equipment. Start and maintain peripheral IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals. Draw venous blood and follow isolation precautions as needed. Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality imaging services. Qualifications: Certifications (Required): BLS (Basic Life Support) CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting (Preferred) Proficiency in nuclear imaging techniques and equipment operation Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols Experience with pharmacological stress testing and blood flow imaging Additional Details: Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017 Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM/7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Contract Length: 26 weeks
