Below is the job description for your reference: Job Title: School Registered Nurse Location: Medina, NY 14103, United States Duration: 6+ Weeks (highly Extendable). Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (40 hours weekly). Duties: Participates in the medical examination of students. Screens patient and refers them to center Physician, Dentist Health and wellness Manager. observes, records and reports patient vital signs, symptoms and behaviour. Perform first aid treatment as needed. Assists the physician with patient examination: prepares patients for tests and examinations. Provide guidance to student in terms of personal health and hygiene. Prepares and administers prescribed medications as directed. Maintains medical equipment and inventory of supplies. Maintain medical records. Oversee CMHC schedule. Must be proficient in phlebotomy.
