CRNA ROLE - Anesthesia / OB Cases: Bread & butter + OB. No cardiac or thoracic (these cases are handled solely by the ANE). Epidurals (preference), purple blocks, competent in airway and regional skills, able to put in spinal block. Ortho, blocks, thoracic, vascular and spine. Emergent intubations, codes, AAA, c-sections. Schedule: 5x 12's or 5x 16's, 50-60 hours a week. Full Time Coverage needed. Call not necessary nor guaranteed 1:1 with attending for call Attending has 30min to respond to call, so the CRNA needs to be confident and autonomous. They may be working without MD supervision for those full 30 minutes. 1 hour from Buffalo NY
