Fast paced Neuro ICU at Comprehensive Stroke Center; every other weekend required and holidays per policy · Fast paced Neuro ICU at Comprehensive Stroke Center. · Unit has various levels of acuity, 1:2 ratios for ICU status, and 1:1 for post thrombectomy patients or extremely unstable patients. · A lot of EVD’s and drains on the unit. · Patient population primarily consists of Strokes (Ischemic and Hemorrhagic), and post operative Neurosurgical patients. · They have a variety of other Neuro diagnoses such as CNS infections, they just make up a much smaller portion of patients.

-1 year of experience. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association. -ACLS (American Heart Association).
