LA LICENSE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT WILL ACCEPT CRT AS LONG AS THEY HAVE A LOUISIANA LICENSE 1 Year Experience Required Weekend Requirement: Yes, rotating weekend coverage Float Requirement: No Holiday Requirement: Yes Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRRT, & LA State License Relevant Experience: Nitric Oxide Therapy, ECMO, & Bedside Bronchoscopies, Special Equipment: Ventilators: Puritain Bennett 840 and 980; Bipap: Phillips V60; Transport Vents: Pneutron, Newport, & Parapac. Level I trauma experience preferred Scrubs: Gray
