ID: 68539779 Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00) Description: THIS IS A DUAL CATH/IR ROLE Guaranteed Hours: faciltiy can call off 1 shift per every 2 week pay period Special Requirements: Neuro - interventions like stroke, coils, AVM's, and all dx cerebrals Cardiac - STEMI and PCI as well as dxVascular - run offs, TEVAR, EVAR, Body - CVC,Drains, Embos Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Magnet / Teaching / Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 500 Scrub Color: Facility Provided Charting: Epic License Compact License or WA single state is acceptable Locals are accepted and no difference in Bill Rate Two References Required upon submittal Candidates will float within hospital EPIC experience is a huge plus but not required Background Policy: Facility requires clinicians to be fully compliant before reviewing any BG hits, DUIs or license hits. Please ensure clinician is aware and would like to proceed with submittal Prior UW staff must be separated from the facility for 18 months before returning as a traveler
