Shift: 12 hours, nights

Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery Location: Eureka, CA 95501 Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM), EOW Payment Breakdown: $30/ hr. on W2 ($1,080 weekly) + $57/hr. as Stipend ($2,052 weekly max stipend) Responsibilities: • Monitor maternal and fetal health and document in Epic • Administer medications, IV therapy, and manage labor-related procedures • Assist with deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn assessments • Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe patient care • Must float between similar units Requirements: • At least one year of labor and delivery experience • Active RN license • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP • On-call shifts are required Additional Information: • The facility may cancel a shift once per two-week pay period • Block scheduling may be allowed at the manager’s discretion Hospital Details: • Acute care hospital with 150 staffed beds • Uses Epic for charting • Nurses may wear any solid-colored scrubs, typically royal blue or navy
