Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER Location: Endless Mountains Health Systems, 100 Hospital Dr, Montrose, PA 18801 Unit: Emergency Room Shift: Day Shift (3x12-Hour: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Compensation and Benefits: • Weekly Gross: $2,085.00 Per Week • On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week ($20/hour) • Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,365.00 Per Week Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Room team at Endless Mountains Health Systems. This is a day shift position requiring 3x12-hour shifts (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emergency care to a variety of patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient care in the Emergency Room setting • Perform EKGs and monitor ventilated patients • Administer medications and treatments as ordered • Float to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed • Utilize specialized equipment such as Holter Monitors and defibrillators • Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team • Handle a patient volume of approximately 25 visits per day Qualifications: • Required Licenses: Valid PA RN License • Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS (AHA or ARC provider cards accepted) • Experience: Minimum of 1 year ER experience preferred; first-time travelers welcome • Special Skills: Experience with ventilated patients is preferred • Patient Age Group: Neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics • Special Equipment: EKG, Holter Monitor, Defibrillator, Dextro, Medication administration
