Key Responsibilities: Perform cytological evaluations of GYN, Non-GYN, and FNA specimens. Conduct Rapid On-site Evaluations (ROSE) during procedures. Utilize specialized techniques including Robotic EBUS, regular EBUS, EUS, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with laboratory standards. Collaborate closely with pathologists, radiologists, and clinical teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy. Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment including Hologic Imager. Ensure specimen labeling and identification are accurate and meet laboratory standards. Qualifications: ASCP-CT Certification (Required). Minimum of 1 year of cytology experience. Experience in Rapid On-site Evaluation (ROSE) and working in both inpatient and outpatient lab settings. Proficiency in Excellian/Epic preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: Location: Minneapolis, MN 55407 Schedule: Day Shift (5x8) - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM/ 40 hours/week. Contract Length: 18 weeks
