Lab Manager • Bachelor’s degree and a certificate from an approved school of Medical Technology or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience clinical laboratory setting. • Administrative responsibility or experience (1-2 years). • Ability to disseminate regulatory requirements for laboratory processes. • Ability to critical process lab issues and use available resources. • Additional: Possess a certification as a Medical Laboratory technology, ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathology) or equivalent. • Experience with Cerner preferred.
