Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare – Memphis, TN Job Type: 13-Week Travel Contract Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) with On-Call Requirements Job Overview: Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in Memphis, TN. This role involves providing specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of Cath Lab nursing experience and be prepared to take on-call duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures. • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures. • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any complications. • Administer medications and IV therapies as required. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. • Educate patients and families on post-procedure care. • Comply with all hospital and regulatory standards, including NLC guidelines. Job Requirements: • Licensure: Active RN license in compliance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines. Pending licenses are not accepted. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience. First-time travelers are not accepted. • Certifications: o Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required o Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required • Travel Restrictions: Local candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility. • Flu Vaccine: Required (No exemptions) • Block Scheduling: Not available • Requested Time Off (RTO): Must be submitted at the time of application. • Special Requirements: Driver’s license must be included with submission.
