Required Skills & Experience: -1 year of experience. - Med Surg AND Stepdown experience required. Required Education: -Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Preferred Education: -Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.

Pros

Very responsive and always makes sure my requests are handled in a timely fashion. Competitive pay and great benefits. Very happy with my travel experience with Lancesoft.

Cons

The rest of the team can be slow to respond to needs/requests but SK (Sky) always makes sure things are completed. Phone numbers for the team change but SK (Sky) has always kept me up to date regarding any changes in how to contact him.
