Lahey Clinic Hospital - LHMC (21020), Burlington, Massachusetts CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH, Burlington, MA – Days- 40 hours/week Primary Experiential Needs include Ortho, Neuro, Transplant & Cardiac National Surgical Tech Certification Required, BLS/CPR required 1-2 variable shifts possible per month. Facility is not accepting local candidates. Active MA license required at time of submissions. BILH Coversheet Required Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the six months. COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission. 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start. #432082

If you get cancelled for low census, your food and housing stipend will not be paid for that shift and will be deducted from your paycheck, so if you work somewhere with low census you may want to look into an agency that doesn't do this.
