Job Responsibilities: • Monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatments, ensuring timely interventions. • Administer medications, IV drips, and other prescribed treatments as per physician orders. • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatments in electronic medical records (EMR). • Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Job Requirements: • Must have minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. • Must have minimum 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel. Hospital Highlight:- • Specialty: Stepdown Neuro. License & Certifications: • BLS (AHA) • ACLS (AHA) • NIHSS • Ohio- RN license or Compact State RN license.
