Basic Life Support (BLS) and New York State (NYS) license required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)required. Must have minimum 2 years of current experience. Travel experience preferred. Floating to MS is required. Every Other Weekend/holiday is required. Must have strong IV skills, confident working with cardiac drips, reading EKG strips, and all types of wound care. NIH Stroke Cert required before start. Additional 8 hours of CEUs will need to be complete as part of facility orientation. Unit Details: • 2 years of experience required. If a caregiver knows Cardizem drips, tele strips, etc. they will consider less. NIH required. BLS and ACLS required. Nurse patient Ratio 1:5
