1. **Work Schedule & Hours** - **36-hour workweek** with **12-hour shifts** - **Dfts** - **Every other weekend (E/O Weekend)** required - **Every otheray (E/O Holiday)** required 2. **Required Experience** - **5+ years of recent experience** in a **Level 1 trauma center** - **Recent critical care experience** in both **Medical ICU (MICU) and Surgical ICU (SICU)** - Strong knowledge of **lung protective ventilation strategies** 3. **Emergency & Critical Response** - Active participation in **Code Blue team** - Ability to make **ventilator management decisions** based on **patient assessment and lab results** 4. **Preferred Experience** - Experience in **Level III Neonatal ICU (NICU)** - Familiarity with **Drager XL and v500 ventilators** 5. **Required Certifications** - **Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification** - **Massachusetts (MA) Respiratory Care License** - **Basic Life Support (BLS) certification** 6. **Preferred Certifications** - **Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS)** or **Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS)** certification preferred
