Responsibilities: • Deliver high - quality patient care at home • Handle 20 - 25 patients weekly • Complete daily documentation Requirements: • Valid RN License • 2 years nursing experience • Home Health, HCHB, OASIS experience • Maximum 1 - year employment gap • Live within 30 - minute commute of territory Certifications: • BLS Certification Additional Info: • No on - call requirement • Pre - approved time off • Occasional office visits • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase Location: Minneapolis/St Paul Home health experience and Oasis documentation are essential. Orientation lasts 2 - 3 days.
