Equipment: Two 4.1 true beam, with 6dof couch, both held at srs and SABR tolerance. Only one linac has Rt vision, and used for DIBH. Each linac has an average of 30patients. Annual patient load for both is about 800 pts a year. Gamma med HDR, and only perform GYM procedures. A discovery CT with deviceless 4D. Cancellation Policy:Up to 2 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks and up to 3 shifts for assignments 13 weeks or longer. Charting System:Allscripts - Psych uses Sunrise BSN Required:No License to Submit:No Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division: Shift Notes:4x10 Days
