Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and report changes to RNs or physicians.
Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and dressing changes as needed.
Document patient progress, conditions, and treatments accurately in medical records.
Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare best practices.
Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
