Job Title: RN Pediatric Surgery Pre/PACU Nurse
Location: MACON, GA.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Surgery Pre/Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in pediatric nursing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide preoperative and postoperative care to pediatric patients undergoing surgery.
Assess, monitor, and manage patients recovering from anesthesia.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Respond to emergency situations and implement appropriate interventions.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Required: Active RN license in GA.
Required: Minimum of [1] years of pediatric nursing experience.
Preferred: Experience in Pre-op, PACU, or perioperative nursing.
BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
