Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years to be comfortable working on this unit, as it can be challenging for less experience. Prefers 3 years. Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers. (But should have experience in large/ high volume similar setting). Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Circulate, Sterile vaginal exam and competent in immediate newborn care Certs: BCLS, AWHONN Intermediate and NRP UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
