Join Pride Health as a Medical Lab Technician III in Littleton, CO 80120! This Contract role (Potential for Extension) offers a great opportunity to gain experience and excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory testing in Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.
• Run and maintain lab instruments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong hematology, and Flow Cytometry Tech required.
• Follow lab protocols and CLIA regulations for testing.
• Collaborate with a team of lab professionals to support patient diagnostics.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
• Utilize Cerner PathNet as the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, or Chemistry (with relevant lab experience) OR
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology (MLT)
Certifications: ASCP or AMT (Would be a major plus).
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant lab experience (Required)
• Experience in a Core Lab setting (Preferred)
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis testing
• Generalist experience in laboratory testing
• Experience with Cerner PathNet LIS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab setting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
