Pros

Management is pretty fair when it comes to breaks and lunches, travelers/agency are not ostracized by regular staff if anything they’re embraced and welcomed for helping offload the pressure from staff RN’s

Cons

The patient population served is definitely not for the weak of heart.

Pros

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.

Cons

Can’t think of one
