Location: Naperville, IL and Elmhurst, IL 

Full Time Role 

Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm, on-call weekend and holiday rotation 

1 full weekend a month, usually Sat 630a-Mon 630a. May have one extra weekend day depending on if there are 5 weekends in On-call Requirement: 3p-630a, 1-2 nights a week. Holiday Requirement: Yes

Permanent Role 

Pay Rate: $24.00-$39.00

Job Duties:

• Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, holding retractors, and performing suctioning as needed.
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure to prevent infection.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in data collection before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
